Standard Rates

First Hour Rate

£50.00

Scheduled work during the weekday hours - for the first hour only. 

Subsequent hours will be charged at standard hourly rate.

Material costs are not included in this price.

Standard Hourly Rate

£30.00 per hr

Scheduled work during the weekday hours.

Material costs are not included in this price.

Callout Charges

Call-out Rate

£80.00

Non-Scheduled work during the weekday hours - for the first hour only - i.e. Where scheduled works need to be rearranged or cancelled at short notice to facilitate a request for attendance.

Subsequent hours will be charged at standard hourly rate.

Material costs are not included in this price.

Emergency Call-out

£100.00

Where an emergency attendance is requested/required with immediate response outside of working hours. 24 hours a day/7days a week - for first hour only.

Subsequent hours will be charged at standard hourly rate.

Material costs are not included in this price

Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR)

Standard Domestic EICR

£200.00

Electrical installation Condition Report in a domestic premises. This is for a standard domestic property with 1 distribution board with approximately 10 circuits. Additional distribution boards and subsequent circuits may incur additional cost. This is at the discretion of Harris Electrical Contracting and to be agreed before work commences. 

Commercial or Industrial premises EICR

£30.00 per hr

Electrical installation Condition Report in a Commercial or Industrial premises. Due to the nature of this kind of condition report and the various amounts of conditions that can be imposed on either of these types of premises we can only offer this type of work on our standard hourly rate. There are various ways that cost management can be implemented on this type of work but this is at the discretion of Harris Electrical Contracting and to be agreed before work commences.

If you have a very large number of appliance to test get in contact and we can discuss a price. This can depend of number of appliances and how they where they are located 

Prices are based on one man basis. In instances where multiple operatives are required or requested, prices will differ. All prices are inclusive of 20% VAT. All prices are subject to change.
